Eligible Cases:
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item delivered
Fitment issues (for model-specific products)
Conditions:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
No returns for change of mind or unsold stock
We may ask for images/videos to verify the issue. Once approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or credit note.
