Return / Replacement Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality products. However, if there are any issues, our B2B return/replacement policy is as follows:

Eligible Cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Fitment issues (for model-specific products)

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • No returns for change of mind or unsold stock

We may ask for images/videos to verify the issue. Once approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or credit note.
